Decaffeinated Teas

Learning about the different teas, but not an expert yet. I'm undergoing chemo and wondered if anyone new the best tea to drink that's decaf, hydrating and suitable for me to drink.

Hi, you can try peppermint, ginger and chamomile tea. They’re all recommended for folks on chemo. There’s an online tea store that I came across based in South Africa called Oakdaleshop.
