Zeahra wrote:I have never heard of powder white tea before. It is very intersting. Since white tea contains more antioxdants than green tea, white powder tea probably has way more antioxidant levels than matcha.
Zeahra wrote:Is it safe to drink Sencha green Tea powder & Matcha more than 2 times a day? Since Powder tea contains more caffeine than regular loose leaf tea and has higher antioxidants levels. Dr. Oz reccomends 4 cups of Green tea to get the antioxidants benefits. Thank you
 If I were a mod, I don't think I could resist the temptation to bleep out the word antioxidants, like when you try to say *freak*. Like, shut the *freak* up all ready about the damn a**********s.

That would make my day.

I think I'm going to start marketing "antireductants" to keep all those pesky reductants out of your body.

Actually..funny you mention this newbie...there are a bunch of newbies that just seem really strange to me. Yet there is nothing I can really 100% link them to.

Some have posted links...

I should really read ITD before I do anything else in the AM.

I got her PM. I thought..."Okay, that's weird..." and proceeded to do as she asked. I can't find anything where anyone actually attacked her, so I'm chalking up to adult ADD and/or ignorance.
