Great customer service, Adagio!

by FoxMackenzie » Feb 8th, '08, 14:12

I am wholeheartedly pleased with Adagio, and I had to put in a few happy words.

Recommended to me by a friend who nudged a certificate at me, I'm always fairly wary of anything involving codes and kickbacks, as they come off a little pyramid scheme-y. But one sip of some of her kindly donated tea and curious pokes at her ingenuitea overcame my hesitations, and I was soon cashing in my $5 "newbie" certificate.

My first order came lightning-fast (I happily found out Adagio is in NJ too) and I was so intensely pleased with the variety and quality that another order followed two weeks later. And another, three weeks after that. I'm on my fifth order in three months! My frequent cup points and blend sales have saved me over $30 off of the $150 I've spent at Adagio so far, and I couldn't be happier. I'm already halfway to my third $10 certificate, I've gotten free samples in an order or two, and now I'm gleefully awaiting my beautiful zarafina cups that I got for less than $6 with that special sale, thanks to a helpful representative from your company who read and responded to my email almost instantly.

Adagio, expect many more orders, and many happy referrals. You run a tight ship full of fantastic goods, and I'll praise you to anyone who'll listen. :)

Signed;

A very loyal new customer
Try the romantic "1 heart" blend! Chocolate, strawberries and jasmine tea..mmmm.

I concur! Adagio has everything that I love in any sort of company; reasonable prices, excellent product quality & selection, and customer service that actually cares about what you have to say and will work hard to fix any problems you have. Oh, and the musical themed naming is a bonus (adagio is one of my favorite tempos after all)

The only downside is that I have ordered so much tea and teaware that my tea cabinet is overflowing (but I plan to fix this by locating a spice rack to put sample tins in)

Hey Fox! I wave to you from Northern NJ (through the smog).

Thanks for the kind, kind, kind words. I'm happy that you're taking advantage of your Frequent Cup Points! So very often, you come upon a customer who will have 2305394523042349 points-and have never redeemed. But it's always a nice surprise when they do find out they can redeem for a nice gift certificate.

I hope you're enjoying your teas, and have fun on teachat.com!
