Ok, I have no experience with Blossoming Teas so I thought I would ask for advise from those who do. I have a couple of examples on my counter at home that I have not tired. Frankly, I just don't know how to brew them. How much water? Steeping time? Can you have a second, third, forth infusion? Any advice would be most appreciative!
Thanks in advance!

I have no experience either, but I would guess glass brewing (140-150º water, refilling when needed) would be the best way to go about it.

HopI got mine from the tea dude that I bought my $80 puck from, so maybe my advice is not so good. Mine came with no instructions, so I err'd on the cooler side. My bloom fell apart after the first full infusion and was quite disappointing. I had to get my tea strainer and waste it. Tea was good, though. You're going to photograph this event, right?
Hot date! LOL.. Never thought of taking pictures but I should! MY FIRST TEA BLOOM!
