awaiting my TeaSpring order

I'm semi-patiently awaiting the following from TeaSpring, having been notified at 3:19 a.m. that it's been shipped (but was fortunately passed out at the time):

Yang Yan Gou Qing 25 g
Lion Xi Hu Long Jing 25 g
Emperor Long Jing 25 g
Zhu Ye Qing 25 g
Xu Fu Long Ya 25 g
Meng Ding Gan Lu 25 g
Meng Ding Huang Ya 50 g

Anyone else making ridiculous purchases with spring fever in the air?

I can say 5 of those are excellent...the other 2, eh...............I can live with or without (the last 2)

Spring orders from Reading PA to all global points will begin soon.

The Zhu Ye Qing...I think this one gets better with some age...but it was possibly my fav from the 2006 harvest. Really rocked.

My favs from TeaSpring last year were:
  • Emperor Long Jing
    Tai Ping Hou Kui
    Dong Ting Bi Luo Chun
    Yang Yan Gou Qing
    Lu An Gua Pian     (Melon Seed)
But there was nothing that I actually didn't like. Andy and I both are thinking we like the Xu Fu Long Ya (Dragon Tooth) this year more than last, but we couldn't decide if that's because we have changed in our perceptions or because the tea is different. It's a little cheaper than last year, but still wildly expensive at 50 cents per gram.
Other greens I especially liked last year from other vendors included
  • Hai Nan Island Bai Sha Lu (White Sand Green), from Jing
    Gui Ping Xi Shan, from Jing
    Supreme Zhu Ye Qing (Green Bamboo Leaf), from DTH
    Mao Feng Premium Yunnan Green, from YSLLC
Most of the second list have the additional advantage of being really inexpensive.
