Having the second steep of the last of my UNTAINTED Oolong #18 from Adagio.
Has anyone heard if the embargo will be tying up the Taiwan imports as well?

Well, let's be honest here-- this talk of tainted Chinese tea is hogwash. We all know the real reason for the embargo is to keep products of the
evil red menace from corrupting the youth of our nation!

A Dong Ding to close the day.
I know, I know, I shouldn't have drunken it and I should have saved it to resell it in a few months when the prices of chinese teas will surpass gold prices...

This report from an adagio unnamed insider...adagio has dumped all their Chinese teas into Love Canal...their own little Jersey Tea Partee...
Fukamushi Superior so far...that is it. I will correct this right away.

...hmmm, not what you told me earlier...next you will say you have no recollection of our "meeting."
Guricha in my cup now. This is one of 4 I got from Pentox and my fav of the 4 FTW. But at the end of the day...it is just Guri.

I am a step ahead of your cover up...I am drinking Guricha, not sencha...per se.

Well, I am glad to see that at least ONE person here is making sense today!

I actually believed this for a second...would've had to buy all of my oolong from the bourgeoisie in the "Republic of China"...and just when I was about to buy some Da Hong Pao. But really I would've switched to some of that Real good CTC from Argentina or Kenya ...April Fool's!
I have been in kind of a tea slump today, but I had "to go cup" from a local tea shop of Oriental Beauty oolong which was kind of like a Darjeeling (I don't really like oolongs that taste just like lighter Indian black teas, I might as well just have the real thing.) And I'm trying to salvage the day with some o-cha guri which I am a big fan of despite its seemingly mixed reception. I think its the one of the sweetest japanese teas I've ever had.
