I'm just wondering something - Does Adagio in CA not send out free samples?
I have been trying to figure this out, and I just decided to ask!

I think Adagio CA does send out samples. We are currently running two promos. Bolero signature blend tea sample for orders under $25 and an oolong for orders over $25.

Please keep in mind this is a rule of thumb and some orders get these samples and some do not.

ilya, thank you. Yes there are promos. Those are great. I guess I should have been clearer about what I was getting it. I have been an Adagio customer since 2005 and I have never received a free sample in my order package. Something I would have never even thought twice about if not coming to TeaChat. But now here, I read constantly about all the freebies sent with orders. Even one person who got one with her very first order. Wondering why this was happening and was it only happening to me, eventually I saw that most of the people lived on the East coast.

Believe me, the points and rewards program is great, and I appreciate the fast delivery time. Honestly I am not whining or angling for free samples. It just strikes me as odd that I am a pretty regular established customer and I have never got one. If the is not the practice for CA, that's cool. But up till now I just was wondering did I have an asterisk by my name or what? Maybe I do now?

Nothing as sinister as an anti-Victoria filter on the server :)

Seems like David (west coast warehouse manager) is a bit shy about adding samples to the orders. I'll mention it to him next time we chat.
