Ordered my first one today so no help there. But I'm excited about it.
Both pots are lovely. I particularly like the first one. I even eyed that one some before deciding on mine.

I have the first one, but had a very difficult time making up my mind between it and the second.

I think I'm slightly partial to the second one, myself, but they're both great.

I've actually just received the second from Artistic Nippon; it's really quite beautiful, the Itome work is unusual and it's just the perfect size for a single cup. Have to say, though, that I was tempted by the Tobikanna pot too. I think I went with the Itome pot because I preferred the tapering-upwards shape of it overall.
I think either way you won't be disappointed!

I have the first one and had no problem deciding between both because the second one was out of stock at that time.

And in a lot of ways this is a moot point, they are both lovely, and they will both brew exactly the same cup of tea.
Flip a coin like I did. lol.

Thanks everybody for your posts!!!!
I still dont know which now yet but i am leaning towards the second because it just looks more extraordinary. But the first has a nice tapered design to it, as mentioned above
