How much caffeine is present in Rooibos tea compared to black tea, or green tea? It is hard to find this info.

Rooibos is not actually "tea" - it does not come from the same tea plant that true tea is made from. Rooibos is actually a South African herb and has no caffiene at all.

I just wanted everyone to know plenty of information on Roobois tea is available on the internet. You just have to do a search.

the hard part is coming up with a teachef idea for it. I cant seem to arrive to any good ideas.
