I'm getting the same "hiccup". It seems to be the shadow under our avatars takes a while to load. Oh well I seem to be getting by pretty good without it.

Would it be difficult to comment out the iframe until the chat is restored? It would probably help the load time considerably.

Good idea...initially the IM was to be back up yesterday or today.
