You want to make yourself really nuts? Go to
http://www.trocadero.com and search
there on "natsume" and "chaire". (Which, come to think of it, may have been how Joel found these to start with

)
Or you can look up the kanji for these terms and start searching Yahoo Japan. But I must warn you: that way lies
madness!!!!
P.S. Of your examples, Joel, I like the second natsume the best. The pampas grass is so gorgeous.

If I had to choose one, since I am partial to bonsai and dabble in the art, I would choose the 3rd.
Chamekke, the 2nd one is the most beautiful.

If I had to choose one, I would probably go insane because I want them all
The 4th and the 7th are each listed at $1200, if that is any indication of value. And these are relatively modern pieces, imagine how much antiques go for!
I do love the glaze on the 7th Chaire. If I really had to choose one of those Natsume... maybe flip a coin between the 1st, 3rd, and 4th.
And yes Chamekke, some of those are from dealers who list through Trocadero.
