Sencha makes a tasty iced tea, and it is a good way to clear out the old leaf in time for the new season's.
I brewed this double strength, then will dilute, to save time.

Fortunately, or unfortunately, I have very little sencha at this time.
But I always have an iced tea reserve for tea I won't drink hot. Usually that gets sent to the TeaBath reserve since I don't get around to drink much iced.
