I know how difficult change can be and I think you are dealing with it famously. Thank you for the enormous concession you have made for us. I personally applaud the change and feel much better now.

We need to get Pentox and Olivier into the back room of TeaChat and straighten them out. I just want to see the both of them in one room so I know they are actually 2 people. I am not convinced... :wink:

Agreed. I've never seen such a drastic change in one's avatar - it really brings out a new side of Olivier's.

Some update on cold brewing gyokuro.

I shortened the steeping times and got a better result:

Uji Gyokuro "Yume no Ukihashi",
9g/100-120ml 10min, 4min, 3 min, 4 min.
