Thoughts? IMO tea tasting here in the US is still in the dark ages compared to a lot of other sensory activities.
I'd like to challenge all the bloggers out there to take it up a notch.

This is an intriguing idea and one I would like to pursue. There's just one thing I'd like to throw in right now: unlike beer or wine, tea tasting usually takes the leaf into account too--both before and after brewing. The wheel is great for the tasting, but if we're going to try to come up with a schematic, we've got two other points to take into consideration.
