i'm opening a tea cafe real soon and i'm trying to find out what are some tea brewers i can purchase to brew tea by the cup, hot & cold, preferrably something for commercial use, the only one i've seen so far is Affinitea.....is there anything else out there???............PLEASE HELP

I'm curious, what exactly are you looking for? When you say tea brewer -- do you mean a machine that will hold pre-brewed teas, or something that will brew a cup for you right then and there?
