I'm getting summer lazy again and someone broked my 1L french press...
now i have just pots and pans to infuse me up a tub of tea...

anyone have an established method of infusing large amounts of tea (incl how to measure amounts of tea and how much water and for how long) ?

I don't brew large amounts of tea, but I guess the brewing parameters should be quite the same.
The problem with large amount of tea is that even after retrieving the tea leaves, hot tea will continue to infuse and if you keep it warm and don't drink it soon enough, it could become a little bitter.
