Me too. My first cup of oolong #40 was too strong (used too much leaf) so it's chilling in the fridge wtih some ice cubes!

Oolongs taste awesome chilled. I don't like my iced tea too strong so oolongs are perfect. My favorites to stick in the fridge are White Tip Oolong and Adagio's Peach Oolong. The Peach Oolong tastes so good as an iced tea that even my boyfriend, who prefers carbonated beverages and doesn't care for hot tea, will drink it willingly and asks for more.
