The thoughts that went through my head on seeing that picture:

1) I don't see any tea.

2) Why would you tape a toothbrush to that tube? Does it give a better handle for cleaning teaware?

3) Why is this NSF...oh.

4) Oh! An electric toothbrush! How clever!

5) You know, if I bothered to read the picture title, I could have saved myself a lot of pondering.

The vibrating part seems to have an unusually shaped head. It may be some sort of stress reliever?

As long as it doesn't have fake veins. That would creep me out (not that any aspect of brushing my teeth with a phallus wouldn't).
