Didn't he join a while ago? I seem to remember commiserating with Chip about this before.

We must have been talking theoretically, Brent..."what if," since he just joined a few nights ago. I remember discussing it with you. Strange...I thought he joined a while ago as well.

Interesting though...when he started posting on GTF, we butted heads majorly. It was not enough for him to state his opinion, he had to lay waste to anyone else's opinion in the process.

I decided to PM him and point out some similar viewpoints we shared...and told him we got off to a bad start, let's try again.

He not only responded positively, he also seemed to have a whole new and better attitude in how he dealt with everyone. He is still very opinionated, but is less apt to condemn someone else's point of view. I hope he continues the trend here.

The point to this monologue is this, a misunderstanding, or worse, can easlily be turned around often times through a PM...with a positive attitude and intention of reconciliation.

So friends, my door is open, feel free to come a knockin'... I accidently deleted my entire PM Inbox, so I have lots of room.

Chip

Chip is right, britt did tone down his crazy anti-China rants after he was made aware how irritating it was... hopefully he remembers his lesson, ha.

I've been enjoying Britt's contributions. Ze seems to have calmed down alot.

Good stuff.

If he ever makes it to the itd there might have to be a bit of mod action beforehand, or a very long thread.
