For some reason the image didn't insert (maybe the Blogger website has some sort of block to prevent this?), so I went to the URL and saw the image there:

http://bp3.blogger.com/_SJuDqF1ubmo/Rwq ... zeshin.jpg

...which helped me locate a page, on the Metropolitan Museum of Art website, that's devoted to the picture (Autumn Grasses in Moonlight):

http://www.metmuseum.org/TOAH/ho/10/eaj ... 68.137.htm

Lovely - thanks for sharing that!

Sorry about that! You must have looked as soon as I posted it. I always check to make sure the picture loads, and it didn't. I pasted the URL instead of the jpeg address into the original post. It seems to be working now.

The full moon in my copy of the print is quite a bit brighter than any of the pics I found on the internet. I don't know why most pics on the net are of such poor quality. The overall print is dark, but not as dark as the net pics show.

Thanks for taking the time to check it out and for supplying the additional links.

EDIT: The pic stopped loading again so I replaced it with the link you supplied to the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Thanks again. :)
