Hatsumi

My hatsumi arrived today; however, it's gonna be a few days until I can properly spend time w/it. Is it best to leave the unopened pkg out of the counter, put it in the fridge or the freezer? TIA!

I would put that in the refigerator until you get to it. No actually, I would open it right now and have a cup. My Hatsumi is gone now. Henley you will enjoy it.

In the fridge. It works fine for me. (I don't have any freezer anyway.)

Freezer hmmmm.... Could be a new method of preparing iced tea! :lol:

Enjoy your Hatsumi, it's about the only sencha I've never bought from O-cha, will have to get round to ordering it some day! :D

Definitely in the fridge until you open it.

The Hatsumi was potent this year. Be careful not to overbrew it. :)
