If any of you are in the market to try a new green, I would highly recommend this one. I just recieved it and automatically fell in love with it. It has a wondeful history and at 1500 years old possibly one the oldest styles in China. It was consumed buy the Emperor families of the Tang and Ming Dynasties . For more information

The leaf are tiny buds which are green, slightly purple and yellow. Very interesting
The liquor was beautifully delicate. Nice color which was wonderfully clear. It smelled like sencha, tasted like both sencha and tai ping with a oolong-y finish. Great! It was very sweet but was countered balanced with a playful bitterness.
Lovely buds! Who would of ever thought such tiny leaves could create such a punch! Thumbs up!

Thanks for sharing Hop! I was tempted to try this one for the first time ever this past Spring when TeaSpring had it. It is still on my short list.

It was indeed an interesting brew only that it was very unchartersitic of a green tea and of course delicious!

THis is the second time I have come across this vendor on the forum. How was your transection? Is this vendor reliable?

No problems yet. Although you do have to wait a bit to revieve your package as it comes directly from China. He is a trusted Ebay vendor. Has an impecable Ebay rating.
