They used to send samples all the time, and their shipping was fast. Then things changed. I stopped getting samples, they didn't handle a customer service problem I had. But I guess the shipping time has improved.

I have only purchased from them once, but I got it very quick.

Well they are the "go to" place for wuyi, that's for sure.
Overall I'd say they are good.
I haven't had a bad tea from there yet.
I used to use them all the time, but as I said I've not
been as happy as of late.
They still advertise free samples with every order, don't know what
happened with that. Everything changed at the point of the Chinese New Year.

The Lao Cong Shui Xian has a very complex taste.
I taste fruit and slightly smoke and wood.
It is a tea worth exploring, probably excellent for gong-fu. No time for indepth review but recommended.
Edit: This tea is great! I never would have thought 4 year old tea could taste so great
Thanks for the suggestion ABx - The only problem now is i only bought 50 gram!

Gee, Grubby, you are going to force me to order all these teas that ABx has been talking about ... sounds like you're having a great teatime! Thanks for sharing your impressions. I am amplifying my shopping list. There's a couple greens also that ABx said to get from TeaCuppa.

I put an order in with teacuppa on 8/10, with express shipping, and still no shipment - the invoice just says 'stock check'. Hopefully I'll get the express shipped order at some point.

The 50g thing is a bit of a pain when you really want to explore, though, lol. Now that you know that you like yancha, you can order bigger quantities
Bubba_tea: I'd email them. They've always gotten things out the door within a day or two for me, though it seems like things got delayed a bit just once.
