Thank you for the ideas! I enjoyed the mix with Osmanthus blossoms, so I'd love to try the orange blossom!

Thanks for the welcome everyone.
I had some Oolong sitting around that i purchasd from my favorite tea joint in DC before we moved. It's a tightly rolled Oolong they call "The Kings Tea". It has a woody/smoky initial taste and a sweet finish. Anyone have any idea of what the proper name of this tea actually is? I love it.

King's tea usually refers to ginseng added teas. See Ten Tea.
