Question about ingenuitea

by TeaFanatic » Jan 28th, '06, 14:49

I've had an ingenuitea for about a month now and it has worked perfectly!! I have heard though that the lid is removable...? If so, how do I remove the lid...I haven't figured that out yet.

Thanks.

Assuming you have the new model (clear bottom and removeable filter), you should be able to remove the lid as well. Simply open the lid, and twist it in a clockwise or counterclockwise rotation. It should come off with only a bit of force. In order to reattach it, place it onto the ingenuiTEA in the closed position and snap the joints into place.

That worked perfectly Ilya, thanks. I was scared at first though trying to take it off, because I thought that the lid was going to break off. But it didn't, thanks again.
