I'm working my way through an ounce of lapsang souchong I picked up at a local shop.
It is definately different. I don't have the specific tea name/description at this time, I need to get that information next time I'm in the shop.
The OAK smoke essense is definately evident as advertised. The tea is very nice and once I backed off on the steep time it got very nice. The smoke rolls up into the nose and lingers.
I'll probably try this tea again though I have to warn everyone in the office when I brew it up...we are surrounded by oak trees and I don't want anyone to think we've got a fire going.
