Ladies and gentlemen, and Ed, I think we may have a new one.

"My goal is to be able to make tea without having to steep it for 10 minutes. I just made some green Sencha and it took 9 minutes for it to steep."

Someone get me a vomiting emoticon.

I don't know, I kind of feel bad for the person. I'll agree that there is something about their personality that's a lil' annoying. But it seems like they just don't know what they're doing yet, and its not helping that they're frequenting Teavana for guidance.

Maybe we can turn things around for them. Just a thought.

Well, it turns out that the guy has been using a pittance of leaf (sound familiar?), despite blaming the zoji for all his problems. Dunno... at least maybe he will listen to reason.

Seems like he is trying to run before he can even walk. He needs a tutor.

I would agree that this person has the potential for great Mochaness, but might yet be saved from this fate.

It seems like he/she really got taken at Teavana...buying a Zoji, a 16 oz cast iron tetsubin, a warmer, and probably at least one or two teas...well, he/she dropped at least $230 in one sitting. I'd probably be a little freaked out and annoying, too, if I invested cash in good tools and was not getting expected results. 'Course, I'd probably have the sense to at least entertain the notion that the fault lay with me, but whateves. :)

Here's one, but I've seen better.

Mary's right. Time will tell. The person sounds a little desperate.

Yikes. buying that much in one go? While I'm a tad jealous, I agree that this person is probably having some wicked buyer's remorse. I think we can help them (he/she?) out. Either that we'll tell em just to sell the junk for 20 bucks in Teaswap.

Then my plan will be complete! *mad scientist laugh*
