Yeah, I would try emailing or calling them. They seem to be a pretty small operation with lots of local support, so marketing nationally/globally probably isn't a big concern right now; just because their site isn't up doesn't mean they won't sell you anything, though. Victoria said they sell out fast to the locals, so I'd contact sooner rather than later.
