Scruff and I have those lowriders with the fishies, but I can't remember where I got them ... maybe he can!

Dragon Tea House on eBay. For the price, they are pretty darn cool if you don't mind really shallow cups.

That is one of the reasons I like them, I don't like my tea etremely hot,
it does help. DTH also has a sweet little 3 footed shallow glass cup that
is one of my favorites.
