There are a lot of places to buy a Chemex these days!
They are for sale at some stores, like Cost Plus World Markets. They are also found at many quality-oriented coffee shops.
Online, you can find vintage and new ones on Ebay. You can also get them at the official Chemex retail site: http://www.chemexcoffeemaker.com/ or on Amazon.
For best on-line service and speedy shipping as well as a value price, I recommend Sweet Maria's: http://www.sweetmarias.com/prod.brewers.shtml
You can get a better deal on the hand-blown version from Terroir Coffee: http://www.terroircoffee.com/store/more ... hp?gid=215
Let me know if I can be of any further help at all to you.
I love my Chemex!

If you'd like to buy some quality teas in the same package as your Chemex, check out Intelligentsia Coffee: http://www.intelligenstiacoffee.com
Intelligentsia has a nice Lychee tea, a lovely Japanese Kukicha, a robust second-flush Golden Assam, and an Organic Wild Tree offering which is produced from 1,000 year old wild tea trees in the Yunnan province of China.
Also, Terroir is offering a free high-end French Press ($40 value)with any purchase over $100 (when you use promo code "classicpress"). If you are at all into coffee, they offer some of the best quality single-origin selections and have a nice range of 3-pack Gift Sets. The Kenyan set (with beans from Tegu, Karogoto and Kiamabara) is one of my favorites. Also, they offer what may very well be the best-tasting coffee chocolate bars on the planet, Duet, a fine collaboration with Garrison Confections.
Did you use your Chemex for tea? I'd love to hear how you went about it, as I've been interested in trying that myself.
