I would veg (meditate). Everytime I go to my room, turn out the lights and start an MP3 someone decides to join me and start a running narrative. If I want to be close to my kids I go to my room, shut the door and turn out the lights. Brings them to me like a magnet!

Just veg, please. Although, what usually happens is having tea while on the computer. It's great when the tea is so good it demands that you stop and pay attention.
Had Yunnan Gold with breakfast, then an iced guanabana tea-soy shake thing (was pretty good) and indulged in a China black that is coming soon. Can't stay out of the samples!
