Nice video! Based on the teaware he uses and the puerh in the background, I'd guess that he actually knows something about tea, which is nice. This is a pretty distilled-down guide to making good tea, but considering the target audience, I think any more technical info (like what is discussed around here pretty often) would have been counter-productive. The no-boiling-water thing was a bit much perhaps, but probably saved a lot of people from nasty boiled green tea.
