I second Hou De's 2007 Summer A-Li-Shan "Da Pan" Oolong.
I never tried this tea, but never had anything bad from Hou de.

I second Adagio's Alishan.

This price range is extremely restrictive especially for Alishan.

OK, I am closing this up and will be compiling the final list of nominations. Look for a vote topic here in the next 24 hours, optimistically speaking. It turned out to be a pretty decent list even though it was hard to find Alishan in this price range.

Thanks for the nominations. We will have another tasting announcement within the next week for either a black, green, or white.
