tea job

hi,
This is sudeep from west bengal and working in one of the largest tea company in india for the past 8 years as an assistant manager.Am currently looking for new avenues in this field and i would like to have more suggestions from members who are also experienced in this field as to how and what foreign tea companies are recruiting people.Can any of you help me in this regard ??

I really don't know. I work for a tea company but can't really think of anything that would equal your expertise other than running your own place.
