Help with Chinese instructions

Ok guys, I recently purchased a "wickless" lamp for a kettle but alas when the instructions are in Chinese! I don't read Chinese so I have not been able to figure out how to use it. WOuld it be possible for those who do read to transulate it for me You can either reply or send it to me in a IM. Thank in advance!
