Unfortunately that gives it a higher PPC rating then.

Congrats, PPC is not on my internet slang site. Care to share?

...and you do know what Hatsumi is, don't you?

Speaking of Japanese greens, Adagio Sencha Premier currently in my cup. Quite vegetal, pleasantly. This reminds me of Sencha Premium from Hibiki-an. Both are very asamushi and both are pretty easy brewers.

Most of my co-workers wonder why I go to so much trouble. Do I really need to buy "special tea"? Why do I need so much stuff (Kettle & Ingenuitea)? Do I really need to drink tea and why so much?

1. I'm not out smoking every 45 minutes (wastes far more time).
2. I'm not loading myself up with caffeine and trashing the toilet twice/day.
3. I'm much better able to concentrate and better hydrated.

Yes, I do need all that crap I brought in to make my tea.

Sometimes it seems like no one gets it.

It's a depression glass called Vaseline. I don't know what creates the green color, but I have a feeling it's not very good for you. :) :) :)

Uranium makes the green color. They glow under a blacklight if it's real vaseline glass. And yes, they are not "good for you," they are slightly radioactive. Just don't drink out of them or sleep with them under your pillow.
