I don't precisely have a daily tea, and just take from different containers, so don't have much idea about op's questions.
But first because I am more attracted to oolong in recent years, secondly because I can't have much caffeine after 4pm, thirdly because my green tea dose change greatly with season (much less in winter), to maintain my green tea enjoyment, I have been trying to use smaller cups to brew green tea. And very recently I've tried to use a shot glass to brew a few teas So I can have different teas in a few hours period. And for the small amount, I can have some tea after 5pm.
