Unsweetened for me, I consider milk a steeping liquid.

I'm a sucker for sweetener, especially in my black teas...

geeber1, either you or omegapd didn't vote, only 1 vote for splenda is listed.

Since Everclear is more of a steeping liquid, I voted "nothing".

Doesn't that dehydrate you?

Depends on tea--black tea--milk, sugar in the raw
Green tea--honey
Oolong--just a bit of sugar in the raw
Although my neighbors are all barbarians,
And you, you are a thousand miles away,
There are always two cups on my table.

Depends on the tea, of course. I only put additives in black tea, never green, white or oolong.
For black tea, either a little milk, sugar or both. Sometimes I'll use honey in an herbal tea.

In general I have moved away from adding sugar or other sweeteners. But I do use it if the whim or the tea wants it. A chai tea is one that must have sugar, and milk as well. It is designed for that.

Stevia is great! Doesn't alter the taste of the tea, leaves no aftertaste, has no bad stuff lurking in it, is actually good for you, and has been the sweetner of choice in China for centuries.
