I have to say some above the above do apply. My biggest tea peeve for me is not being able to finish my tea when it's somewhat hot. I've been bringing tea to work and never get to finish it before it gets cold. I work in retail so I can't have my tea with me while working

. Also I"m not allowed to have any kind of hot water contraptions, too much of safety hazard with my company.
This morning I had by second steep of Paypa Ginger from Tea guys. Very nice tasted more like ginger this time around.

I agree with a number of you who say that inconsistency among orders of a given tea is frustrating.
This evening I'm finishing up my order of "classic roast" TKY from the Tea Gallery. I was only moderately fond of this tea at first, but as I have learned to brew it better, I've become very fond of it. I'll definitely be ordering more.

My pet peeve is definately broken teaware. I am about as clumsy and it gets so it doesn't bode well for my breakables. I chipped the lid of my first yixing within a week of getting it.

I really wanted to vote for "A tea that was so good, and you forced yourself NOT to rush through, ironically goes stale" because it is such a good sentence. However, that situation hasn't happened to me yet. Truly aggravating though is brewing my morning tea, filling up my great travel mug with steaming hot sencha for my long commute and then leaving it on the kitchen counter in a flurry of last minute leaving. The feeling I get at the moment of discovery, staring at the empty cup holder in my car, can only be compared to that of having a much anticipated event canceled. Oh, the disappointment and spontaneous profanities.
Sencha Zuiko again this morning and an absolutely fantastic session of Dong Ding oolong this evening. Heaven.

Give it time and effort, and it will happen to you as well.

I think you gave me the left tea at home option in a TeaDay post a while ago.

No Zuiko today, but in less than 8 hours, it will pour here as well.
However, Matcha this evening and genmaicha with sushi this evening. Great TeaDay!

I simply can't think of a tea related peeve that I might have.
