Isn't it though? That's what's in my cup right nowbcos wrote: Yutaka Midori is amazing.
I tend to end the day with something herbal or rooibos so I'm not up all night. I also go for the dessert type teas with vanilla, chocolate, or something similar. But when I go all day without my green I have to have it, even if it's almost bedtime. Hence me drinking some right now.
...as does mine!horsencl wrote:I had my first taste of matcha today. I liked it but my technique definitely needs some refining.
Wesli is one of the matcha experts...see if he can help you further. Here are some tips I recall:
Make sure you use a sifter, which helps avoid lumps. And to get the froth (I still haven't had luck with that), be sure to wisk in a "W" shape, and wisk a lot. Good luck!

Yeah, they are just the dried flowers from ancient tea trees in Yunnan province. Really pretty different. I got them from Rishi but cannot find them on their site right now.TimeforTea wrote:Tea plant flowers??Chip wrote:I try to reduce caffeine consumption once evening rolls around. So, is it a tea? Not a tisane ...
Mugi/genmai homemade in my cup to end a very nice TeaDay.
