Correct, you can submit your recipe after the month has passed. You can also create a dish with a tea we have not used yet.

I'm a major cheesecake fan, and nothing goes better with cheesecake than a nice hot cup of tea. I really want to see (and taste!) this Irish Breakfast swirl cheesecake.
