Oh, Lord, not Evangelion. Please, not Evangelion.
Trigun's awesome though. I love Wolfwood.
Whats Bloodlust about?? Sounds nice.
Well we watched all the ones you mentioned, with black or green tea lol
I would make a pot of tea, sometimes two and we'd sit for 2 -4 hours watching this stuff........I was like, uhm babe, we dont have a life
For soem reason Cowboy Bebop wasnt in my favorites
I deffinately reccomend Elfen Lied, you'll be glued as soon as you pop in the dvd.
wish I could show you a pice, but the images come out huge.............lol.

Trigun is awesome...and yes...must have donuts. this is a very important part of the trigun experience. I totally enjoyed it.
We own Bloodlust...very very good. This was the first anime I ever saw...not so impressed the first time, but when I watched it after a little more experience...very awesome. loved the artwork as well.

Mmmm, Trigun...

LeilaLuv:
For the "I love tea" icon in question, you could download a free gif animator from Tucows, and use it to enlarge the image to 380 pixels (adding white space to either end, so that it "looks" the same size).

I was going to do this for you, but I can't seem to find the picture anymore (looks like you removed it).
Of course, you could also create a crazy little animated banner out of several gifs, like I did above (re: Trigun).
Your choice.
Either way, you are going to be drastically increasing the image size (doubling or more). However, it should still be easily downloadable (less than 100k).

Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust (Bloodlust is the second movie - there was a first one simply entitled Vampire Hunter D, but it's not anywhere NEAR as good) is a gorgeous movie. The artwork is just fantastic.

Anywho, the main character is D, a vampire hunter. He's very dark and enigmatic. He's also a dunpeal, half human, half vampire. Other than that, no one really knows anything about him.
It's gorgeous artwork, a great storyline, and beautiful voice acting. You should watch it in English. (And all the anime purists out there are crying out "Blasphemy!") But the movie was actually created in English first. The original Vampire Hunter D had a much greater following in America than in Japan, so the second movie (where they had a much better budget) was made in English and released in the US first, then it was dubbed into Japanese. Apparently, people in Japan absolutely couldn't stand the fact that it was made in English first, and there were boycotts of the movie in Japan.
So watch it in English - the voice actors are great. It's a wonderful movie. I know of a place that has both movies on one DVD - a re-release. The original release of Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust is pretty rare these days.
Everyone should watch!
