Ok, well since there seems to be a lack of interest in the few ideas tossed
around, and since I have just come from a wonderful in-person tasting
experience at Tea Habitat:

I will step up and host the February '09 tasting.

After the tasting in LA, I contacted Imen asked which of her offerings is more
"green". She sent me a beautiful Da Wu Ye, and I would love to share it with
you all and get your opinions too.

I will also have a look see to offering a companion tasting.

I hope you will enjoy it as much as I did.

OK, it appears August is still open if anyone is interested in jumping in here. :D

I have not spoken to Space about September, but I am guessing that might be open as well. I will contact him to make certain.
