Just finished ice brewing some Gyokuro Karigane from Hibiki-an.....I am not much of a fan of it brewed hot.....but it is suprisingly nice when ice-brewed. It starts off smooth and finished with an incredible hit of sweetness that lingers long after you swallow.

I drink tea almost daily - Kuding Tea. It's easy to prepare - just put in the tea stick on my mug and pour hot water over it. I take pureh too - a few times a week.
When I was in Japan - Moriya last December for 2 weeks.I brought along a tea set and some 10 yrs lose Pu'reh for my friend. We enjoying having tea together twice with BBQ pork, that time too - I missed my other tea for almost more than a week.
Best Regards

I kept teabags for when the class would have practice for their holiday programs etc but now that I'm more into loose leaf- and want it everyday... and need to be sure that I'm not interrupted... I'm trying.
