I hear you- my teapots from O-Cha came today!!!!!!!!!!!
It's the hardest thing to not pen until after dinner but now I'm ready...
Congrats on your first Japanese teaware! Now you can break out the YM and Kame gyokuro! We await your report.
Nice photos today Sal, Space, Geek, and Victoria. Thanks for sharing them with us.
Speaking of Yutaka Midori, had some earlier. Currently enjoying another O-Cha sencha, "Surugawase." This is a very curious sencha.

GeekGirl, that's a lovely photo of that translucent cup!
For me, my tea-place is at my desk, which is my only "me" place in the house. It's my home office/computer cabinet. It's a mess but I love it.
Although my neighbors are all barbarians,
And you, you are a thousand miles away,
There are always two cups on my table.

What better place to drink tea than outside. I voted sunroom, deck, patio because my favorite place to drink tea is out on the back porch. It seems more relaxing and I can really enjoy the tea undistracted except by squirrels, birds and deer

The kitchen is where all the action is here. I don't make it far from the pot.
Although, I hauled 4 teacups to the dishwasher last night from my bedroom. It's a good way to relax.

What? No "Bedroom" option? Haha.
ALL of my tea-stuff is kept in my bedroom... because I live with my mom while I'm still in college. The only time that I take my teaware out of my room is to wash it (or fill up the kettle).
I have an "L" shaped computer desk so my desktop monitor and my laptop sit on one part of the desk and my tea-stuff sit to my right. It's a little cramped but it works.
