I drink tea as often as I feel like it. Although lately I've been more into iced tea. I've been drinking more unsugared fluids lately because I've been exercising more. Lots of water and iced tea especially.
Speaking of exercise, I went on my first group bike ride this morning. I rode a few miles further than I thought I'd be able to. Hopefully I'll be able to get out of bed in the morning.

I had a great time and can't wait to do it again next weekend!
In my rather large glass: Adagio raspberry black, iced.

Congratulations, Caligata. Sounds like you have gotten the hang of the gears.

Other: I don't plan or make expectations for my tea consumption. I simply have tea when I want it and how much tea that I want varies per day.
Currently in my cup is Yutaka Midori.

I frequently drink more than I plan. On weekdays I drink two 16 oz pots of tea over the course of the morning and I'll have another 12oz cup at around 3PM. I sometimes do comparative tastings in mid-evening of lighter teas like dancongs or whites or yellows.
My plans go awry if I have to work extreme hours. When that happens, and it happens all of the time, I'll drink extra tea to keep awake, and that can easily double what I drink in a day:-) On weekends I drink less tea but also better tea.
This morning, spring dragon formosa oolong. Late afternoon, Uji Miyabe. Late tonight, ``old bush'' dancong from Imperial Tea Court.

Any day and every day, it seems I would always have liked one more tea. Today is not exception. Always about one tea short of my desire for the day ...
Started the TeaDay with Sencha Premier. SweeTea was present and sipping, Lil Bit just wanted head rubs.
TeadDay was great nevertheless, Yutaka Midori from O-Cha was next, followed by Ceremony Grade Matcha from Ryu Mei, SweeTea got some of that too.
But I could really go for another tea ...

blah blah blah SENCHA blah blah blah!!!

SAL! That's quite the impressive little gyo pot you have there. Do you know anything about it? It looks quite heavy.

It is a bit thick. You will find it
HERE cleverly disguised as a rather ugly pot. The one I have holds a bit more than 100 ml, not quite 4 oz, which is nearly twice the capacity of the matching cup. If you put enough gyo leaf into the pot, the resulting liquor will just fill the cup.
I prefer to think of it in Brandon's terms:

When I use this one for a premo gyokuro, I will use 4 grams leaf and 2 ounces water. Works great this way ...
