I would have to say fine dining.......in addition to all my geology work I also help manage a restaurant in Williamsburg called The Trellis............I love good food and even though I eat it on a regular basis I love to have top notch cuisine. Tea and food are two things I dont have a problem spending exorbitant amounts of money on.
