I'm new on this forum, not new to tea however. I've been interested in tea for about 3 years now. Tea is my hobby and I'm both a connoisseur and collector.

Yes the cost is very high for something to admire and rarely use.
Still ... if they ever make a black version, I will probably succumb.

A black one would be interesting. I'm a in love with brushed metal so the brushed one would be my choice, but as you say it's not the most practical pot, mostly for display
