Well said. You touched on the "tao" of tea. Thanks!danibob wrote:I love how the focus is on the leaves and cups in the center with everything else around them. It seems to say no matter what fancy teaware you use, it's still all about the leaves. Very nice.![]()

I picked 3 minutes or less...I'd say that averages out over what I brew.
This morning: one more steep of the Silver Needles I was working on last night.
At work: Tea buddy brewed up some Darjeeling...strong, after I cut my portion with water a couple of time it was great.
This afternoon/evening: TKY and loving it!
Peace,

Ha, ha! I'd be surprised if our crowd DIDN'T overthink every day's topic! I know that I do!Chip wrote:Then put on your overthinking caps for tomorrow's very TeaThought provoking topic!auggy wrote:But that's what we do!Chip wrote:I think some of you are overthinking the question just a bit.

Very nice, Brandon, I love the selective focus!

Ditto, my 2008 harvest YM stash is coming to an end, then I still have Chiran (YM) Supreme.Cinnamon Kitty wrote:My current most commonly consumed tea lately is a Japanese green that I start with a 90 second first steep, so less than 2 minutes for me.
Currently in my cup is more Yutaka Midori.
Currently, soggy leaf teaz...
Great photos today Sal and Brandon!
