I received my SA Genmaicha yesterday. I've only had it once, but so far it is excellent It seems to even include some Matcha powder.

The other day I actually pan-fired some kukicha I had then toasted some basmati rice and made a houji-kuki genmaicha? lol, it was definitely interesting. Not bad though! Would definitely recommend giving it a try though!

Not yet, or at least I'll find out who makes it. The waitresses I've had there so far haven't spoken much English.

Geesh...if I would have just opened my eyes I would have seen your response to another inquiry above. Sorry about my over-look; honestly, I've been scrolling down the TC postings for so many days in a row for so many hours that I may be losing my mind
....still in pursuit of knowledge thanks for everyone's patience!
